Payment for all purchases is required within three business days
We accept Credit and Debit cards and payment through AfterPay on our website. We will also accept direct Bank Deposit by EFT but shipping will be delayed until those payments have cleared through normal Banking channels. We do not accept PayPal.
We expect all buyers who commit to a transaction to fulfil their part of the contract by completing payment within three business days unless prior alternative arrangements have been made.
If items are not paid for within three business days, the item will be re-listed and the transaction cancelled.
SHIPPING
Delivery by Australia Post is limited to parcels that are under 105cm packed length, so we must use Courier delivery for parcels over 105cm (includes drivers, fairway woods and some hybrids ).
Due to cost increases by Couriers and Australia Post in 2023, Torny’s Golf Warehouse offers the following shipping arrangements:
Purchases less than $100 purchase price- $16 fixed price shipping by AusPost parcl service within Australia.
Purchases of $100 or over $100 that can be shipped by Australia Post Parcel service (this applies to irons, iron sets, wedges, putters that are less than 105cm packed length) - a flat cost of $24 shipping costs within Australia.
Purchases of items that require delivery by Courier due to packed size greater than Australia Post limit of 105cm packed length - a flat cost of $29 delivery cost will apply. This will apply to drivers, fairway woods and some hybrid clubs. Buyers in remote regional or interstate locations are encouraged to contact us before purchase to confirm delivery cost to their delivery address.
All our delivery costs include actual shipping charges (courier or post) plus custom packaging and insurance.
Local Pick Up can be arranged from our warehouse outlet in Capel Sound on the Mornington Peninsula in which case there are no delivery costs.
OUR PHOTOGRAPHS - Please Note:
We strongly believe in the principle of “WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU GET”.
All photographs used in our listings are taken by us of the actual items for sale and are not copies of other web site photos from manufacturers or other sellers. Where used items are photographed, every attempt is made to show the item condition clearly. No digital enhancement is used to improve the apparent condition of any item.
Terms of Sale:
We place emphasis upon accurate descriptions of our items as listed and we ensure that we take high quality photographs to provide as much information to buyers as is possible.
We expect buyers to read the full online description in detail, including examination of the multiple photographs that are part of all listings and contact us before purchase with any questions or points requiring clarification.
When an item is ordered through our website, the buyer is committing to a firm Contract to Purchase and failure to fulfill that contract may result in the buyer being blocked from future purchases from our online Shop.
Product Warranty
We offer Manufacturers' Warranty on all new items sold through our listings.
We do not Warranty USED ITEMS that are offered either online or through our retail shop but we take great care to check the condition of all used items and great care in describing and photographing those items to give buyers best possible information about what they see on line.
Note: Customers who purchase used golf equipment from us should know that graphite shafts are not covered by any warranty.

RETURNS
All returns are subject to prior contact with Torny’s Golf Warehouse to confirm arrangements regarding the return.
The cost of Return will be covered by Torny’s Golf warehouse under the following conditions:
If the item as delivered is significantly different from the item as was listed for sale; or
If the item as delivered had been damaged in transit.
The cost of Returns due to “change of mind” or “purchased in error” will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Refund for any item returned will be made within 2 business days of the item being received back at Torny’s Golf Warehouse in the same condition and packaging that was sent in and subject to there being no marking or indication of use of the item since delivery. Where there is evidence of cosmetic marking or use since delivery, the amount of refund may be less than original price paid.
