SHIPPING COSTS

Since 1 January 2026, costs of Courier delivery of parcels that exceed the size limits for Australia Post parcel service have steadily increased, even more so with recent fuel cost increases for Couriers delivering to remote PostCodes.

Unfortunately we must now increase that cost for purchases that require Courier delivery.

Effective 20 April 2026, our listings for items that exceed the size limit of Australia Post parcel service will be offered with Courier delivery in Australia at a fixed cost of $49 which has been the average full cost of Courier delivery for this category of items since 1 July 2025.

Note: We will continue to absorb the cost of custom-made reinforced shipping boxes and other packaging materials which have also increased in cost by 50% since November 2025.

Other items that can be delivered by Australia Post parcel service will be offered with fixed shipping as follows:

Up to $100 total - $22 flat rate shipping within Australia by AusPost Parcel service (typically putters, wedges, or single irons)

For purchases over $100 - $32 flat rate shipping within Australia by AusPost Parcel service (typically sets of irons, some hybrids, and multiple items within the size range.

For certain categories of Special Offers as listed, we will specify Free Shipping by Parcel Post wherever that is possible

Customers are invited to contact us before completing the purchase if they seek confirmation of delivery cost that will be charged for a particular item.

For purchases of multiple items, we will always consolidate packaging to provide the buyer with the most economical delivery. Buyers should contact us before completing Checkout to confirm a combined delivery cost.

Local Pick Up can be arranged from our warehouse outlet in Capel Sound on the Mornington Peninsula in which case there are no delivery costs.
