This is an excellent condition, playable and collectible set of PING EYE 2+ Black Dot irons 3 - SW with Ping KT-M steel shafts. Seven of the nine clubs have near new Golf Pride MCC Plus 4 Standard grips. The two wedges have near new standard profile Golf Pride Tour velvet grips.
The clubs are standard length.
This model was produced in the period 1992 to 1994, after the debate between Karsten Solheim of Ping and the USGA regarding “square grooves”. The debate was resolved when Ping produced this “Ping EYE2+” model in 1992 through 1994.
This Eye 2+ model is still very playable and very collectable.
This set has had careful use and shows only normal marks on the soles. The faces have had no abnormal impacts and all grooves are intact and crisply defined.
